Gul Bahari

Gul Bahari

Gul Bahari was born on February 18, 1999, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, into a family of first-generation Middle Eastern immigrants. Raised with an emphasis on education and extracurricular activities, she developed a strong foundation in academics, music, and dance from an early age. Gul attended Temple University, where she majored in International Business and Finance while actively participating in collegiate dance teams.

During her time at Temple, Gul expanded her skill set by becoming licensed to teach Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, and Kickboxing at the university’s Independence Blue Cross recreational facility. She also established her own dance and fitness practice in the tri-state area, attracting around 150 dance students. Alongside her fitness pursuits, she engaged in charitable work with organizations such as Greater Philadelphia Cares, Philabundance, and Calcutta House.

Gul’s community involvement led to her being a finalist in the Miss Philadelphia and Miss Pennsylvania USA pageants. Modeling opportunities followed when she was invited to shoot for a collegiate fashion blog in her sophomore year. This initial exposure opened doors to various collaborations with photographers and projects for boutiques, conferences, and jewelry lines. Notable events she participated in included those hosted by David Tutera, QVC, Arsenic, Pantaloons, Lakhmé, and Buddy from Cakeboss.
